He embarked on his professional journey in the year 2000, specializing in the design and sculpting of high-quality wargaming miniatures for Forge World, a division of Games Workshop.
In 2006, Daniel made the significant move from England to New Zealand, joining the prestigious Weta Workshop. During his tenure at Weta, he assumed the role of Team Leader in the Sculpting Department for an impressive 8 years, demonstrating his leadership and artistic capabilities.
Throughout his career at Weta Workshop, Daniel Cockersell has been involved in a wide array of projects for numerous international clients, showcasing his versatility and artistic talents.
